Charles W. LaGrave - Past Representations

Charles W. LaGrave has represented a variety of companies in asbestos litigation. In the late 70’s, his first clients were H.K. Porter Inc. and Southern Textile in asbestos cases filed in Northern California involving claims of asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma. Later he joined the Asbestos Claims Facility (ACF), working with the 48 companies and insurance carriers that were the June 19, 1985 signatories to that agreement. Since his work with the ACF, he continued to represent clients, including manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and property owners.
